It can take the booking. We connect the bot to your booking system (ResDiary, OpenTable, SevenRooms, Google Calendar, or your spreadsheet) so the table is reserved in real time and the customer gets a confirmation. If the system is offline it collects the request and pings front-of-house.
How does it know our menu?
We upload your menu (allergens, prices, daily specials) into your AI Assistant's knowledge base. Updates are easy — we have a simple admin page or you can email us when the menu changes.
Will it sound generic?
